This is less about being perfect.
More about being ready to grow.

Creators Club recruitment is designed to help us understand how dancers learn, collaborate, and grow within a team environment.

We know putting yourself out there can feel uncomfortable.

A lot of dancers almost talk themselves out of auditioning before they ever show up.

Especially in a city like Seattle, where many people are rebuilding community, routines, and confidence after moving here.

Our goal is not to create an intimidating environment.
We want to create a space where dancers feel challenged, supported, and able to grow.

You do not need to already know everyone.
You do not need to be the best dancer in the room.

What we actually care about.

Coachability

We value dancers who are open to learning, applying feedback, and continuing to improve.

Consistency

Growth happens through showing up consistently and investing in the process over time.

Effort & Mindset

Perfection is not the expectation. Willingness to grow is.

Team Mentality

We care deeply about how dancers contribute to the environment around them.

What the recruitment experience is actually like.

Recruitment is designed to help us get to know dancers in a more complete way. That includes:

how you learn

how you work with others

how you respond to feedback

how you carry yourself in the environment

We want dancers to leave feeling respected regardless of outcome.

Questions people commonly have.

  • That’s extremely normal. Many current members felt nervous before their first recruitment experience too.

  • Many members originally joined knowing nobody in Seattle. Building connection intentionally is a major part of our culture.

  • We care much more about mindset, consistency, and willingness to grow than showing up perfect.

  • We believe strong growth environments can still be supportive, respectful, and healthy.

  • Yes. Many members balance work, school, and other responsibilities alongside the program.

A few things members have said after joining.

“I took the program with Creators Club and learned and grew so much as a dancer! Classes were well-paced, the instructors were knowledgeable and very helpful if we needed any clarification on moves or had any questions in general, and the choreographies we learned were very fun to learn and dance to. Would highly recommend to take the intensives or any other classes from CC if you're a beginner or intermediate dancer in the area needing a push!”

“i loved creators club! vyllai + ranita are both phenomenal teachers; all of their choreo was so much fun to learn, and they gave us a lot of personalized feedback, which helped me focus on specific areas of my dancing that needed improvement. beyond choreo, the intensive included so many drills, grooves, and cleaning techniques that have been super helpful in other dance classes as well. would highly recommend the intensives to anyone looking to bring their dancing to the next level”

“took the program with vyllai and ranita, twas a beneficial and positive experience. grateful to have met other dancers, friends to share the space to dance and grow together.”

You do not need to already feel fully confident before starting.

A lot of growth begins by simply showing up before you feel completely ready.

If you care about growth, consistency, leadership, and community, there’s a good chance you’ll fit in better than you think.
