2026 Season Overview

An overview of the structure, training philosophy, schedule, and community experience behind the Creators Club season.

This program was built for long-term growth.

Creators Club is designed to help dancers grow through consistency, structure, accountability, and community over time.

Rather than focusing only on performances, the season is intentionally built around technical development, leadership growth, mentorship, and creating an environment people genuinely look forward to being part of each week.

We believe meaningful progress happens when dancers feel challenged, supported, and consistently invested in the process.

Each level focuses on a different stage of growth.

Weekly rehearsal structure

Consistency is one of the biggest contributors to long-term growth. Each level follows a structured weekly rehearsal schedule designed to support development over the course of the season.

Rehearsals are typically held during weekday evenings and weekend afternoons/evenings depending on level placement.

Practices will primarily take place at Pitch and Roll Studio, with occasional adjustments depending on studio availability or seasonal conditions.

Training is designed to support long-term growth.

The program is intentionally structured to help dancers continue developing both inside and outside rehearsal through mentorship, repetition, feedback, and continued learning opportunities.

4-WEEK CHECK-INS

Each dancer receives recurring one-on-one check-ins throughout the season to discuss goals, challenges, growth, and overall experience within the program.

MONTHLY DRILLS

Each month includes additional drills and exercises designed to help dancers continue developing specific concepts independently outside of rehearsal.

FEEDBACK & CORRECTIONS

Dancers receive ongoing video feedback and in-person corrections to help reinforce concepts outside rehearsal and encourage more intentional training habits.

REPETITION & REFINEMENT

All pieces are intentionally revisited multiple times throughout the season so dancers can continue applying corrections, refining execution, and strengthening retention over time.

Growth here includes creativity too.

Dancers are encouraged to continue developing their individual artistry throughout the season through choreography projects and creative exploration opportunities.

These projects are designed to help dancers strengthen confidence, storytelling, leadership, and personal creative voice while sharing work within the team environment.

We believe growth is not only about learning choreography — but also learning how to express yourself more fully as an artist.

A large crowd of people gathered in a room watching a dance performance by a group of dancers on the floor. The audience is seated around the dancers, some taking photos or videos with their phones, and the room is dimly lit with spotlights on the performers.

Community is part of the experience too.

We care deeply about building an environment where dancers feel connected both inside and outside rehearsal.

Throughout the season, teams will participate in:

  • post-show retreats

  • optional bonding activities

  • community gatherings

  • end-of-season banquet celebrations

We believe strong relationships create stronger environments and stronger dancers.

Leadership & support

Ranita and Vyllai serve as the primary directors across all programs and oversee overall curriculum development, training structure, and dancer growth throughout the season.

Each team will additionally include:

  • Artistics

  • Captains

  • leadership support roles

Additional leadership announcements will be shared later in the season.

Consistency matters — but so does your experience.

We understand that committing to a full season is a significant decision for many people.

Our goal is to help dancers experience meaningful growth through consistency, accountability, and long-term investment in the process.

While we strongly encourage dancers to stay committed throughout the season to experience the full impact of the program, we never want people to feel trapped in an environment that no longer supports their well-being or goals.

Your overall experience matters deeply to us.
